As you may have noticed, our site has changed once again. We have been working to make your experience even more user friendly. We now offer a special request form just for group leaders which will allow you to request a reservation date, so that you may secure your trip to Leland High Sierra Snowplay. We hope that this is more convenient for you, when you are making your groups plans.

Below you find information on our special discounted group rates. Please note, that all group rates are subject to the group conditions. These conditions are as follows:

	Groups are subject to the availability of requested date
	Groups MUST consist of 15 or more snowplayers
	A Reservation IS required to receive special discounted group rates
	Reservations MUST be made at least 1 week in advance via this website or telephone to qualify
	All group paperwork contained within the Group Leaders Guide must be completed prior to arrival. This includes but is not limited to the individual release of liability form for each group member. Minors MUST have a parent or guardian signature. This form is contained within the Guide but can also be found here.
	Groups MUST be paid for upon arrival, with a single payment. Currently we will accept a PO number for billing, Visa, MasterCard.
	In some cases group members may arrive at different times throughout the day. We can no longer allow individual group members to arrive at different times and still receive the discounted group rates per individual. Organization is always up to the group leader. If a member arrives separately and has not been paid for within the single group payment, group discounts will NOT be applied to the individual.
