Tubing, sledding, sliding, snow play, and other recreational activities involve inherent and other risk of INJURY and/or DEATH. Trail conditions can vary constantly because of weather changes and use. Bare spots, ice, variations in terrain, moguls, forest growth, rocks, debris, tow-towers, grooming equipment, and other natural and man-made obstacles and hazards may exist throughout the area. The user of this ticket assumes the risk of personal injury and death related to participation in recreational activities within the snow play area. ALWAYS stay in control. You are responsible for avoiding collisions with others. The person downhill ALWAYS has the right of way. Conduct that poses an increased risk of injury to you or others may result in the immediate revocation of use of privileges at the sole discretion of the snow play management. Management is NOT responsible for lost tickets. This ticket is VOID and WILL NOT be honored if the wicket is broken. THE TICKET MUST BE WORN IN A VISIBLE LOCATION ON YOUR PERSON.

By purchasing this ticket you release rights to your image, for marketing stock or resale purposes, which may be taken while visiting Leland High Sierra Snowplay. We reserve the right to reproduce or distribute any photographs taken of guests while visiting Leland High Sierra Snowplay. Leland High Sierra Snowplay does not agree to release photos to individuals unless we deem it necessary to do so.
